In the first quarter of 2022, Loeb & Loeb served as a legal adviser to 15 SPAC initial public offerings with a total volume of $1.6 billion raised, making Loeb the most active legal adviser for SPAC IPOs so far in 2022, according to SPACInsider’s SPAC IPO Legal League Table. Specifically, the firm served as issuer’s counsel to nine IPOs (ranking No. 1 on the league table) and served as underwriter’s counsel to five IPOs (ranking No. 2 on the table).
In addition, Loeb was also the most active legal advisor in SPAC M&A deals in the first quarter of 2022, handling a total of 13 transactions with a total value of nearly $10 billion.
