Loeb & Loeb advised the principals of Sharp Entertainment, a Manhattan-based television production house and a major portfolio company of Industrial Media, with a reputation for pioneering a fresh perspective on pop-culture television, in connection with Sony Pictures Television’s $350 million acquisition of Industrial Media.
Sharp Entertainment has created and produced the breakout mega-hit franchise, TLC’s “90 Day Fiancé,” which is a top-performer on all of cable along with spinoffs, including “90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After,” “90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days” and “90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way.” Sharp has also created and produced WeTV’s “Love After Lockup,” top-rated “Man v. Food” for the Cooking Channel, “Extreme Couponing” for TLC, “Doomsday Preppers” for National Geographic and the long-running hit “The Fabulous Life” for VH1, among many others.
