Loeb & Loeb is pleased to announce its representation of Peter S. Beagle, renowned fantasy author and screenwriter, with respect to his reclaiming of his intellectual property rights after decades of elder abuse, fraud and other serious claims. Included in the claim was Beagle’s best known work, The Last Unicorn, was included in TIME’s list of “100 Best Fantasy Books of All Time.” The 81-year old author will now have some measure of control over the vast majority of his life’s work, including works that have yet to be seen by the public.
