Loeb Represents NV5 Global, Inc. in Geodynamics Acquisition

Loeb & Loeb LLP advised NV5 Global, Inc. in connection with its acquisition of Geodynamics LLC, a provider of sonar-based, deep-water geospatial solutions. Clients of Geodynamics include the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Navy, state and local agencies, and port and transportation authorities.
