Catholic Church creates $3.2B health foundation from Fidelis sale

Loeb & Loeb partner Jason Lilien is mentioned for his role as counsel to Fidelis Care – the nonprofit health plan of the Catholic Dioceses of the State of New York –and quoted in connection with the sale of Fidelis to publicly traded Centene Corp. and subsequent creation of a $3.2 billion health foundation in New York City.
