Loeb & Loeb Advises Clearview Capital in Sale of GRC, Inc. and Xcellence, Inc. dba Xact Data Discovery

Loeb & Loeb LLP represented Clearview Capital in connection with Clearview’s recent sale of its majority interests in two portfolio companies, GCR, Inc. (sold to an affiliate of HKW Capital Partners) and Xcellence, Inc., dba Xact Data Discovery (sold to an affiliate of JLL Partners).

GCR is a rapidly growing provider of vertical specific software and services for state and local governments. The company is the number one provider of business registration/filings, voter registration, campaign finance and nuclear water chemistry management software as well as a market leader in airport management software. 

Xact is a provider of electronic discovery services for corporations and law firms. The company’s comprehensive suite of tech-enabled services includes forensics, processing, hosting and managed review, as well as an integrated onshore/offshore delivery model and proprietary technology solutions.
