Loeb & Loeb partner Andrew DeVooght was a guest on the public affairs program Chicago Tonight, discussing the U.S. Supreme Court’s historic decision to legalize same-sex marriage nationwide.
DeVooght also joined two other former Supreme Court clerks in taking a closer look at the high court’s rulings on Obamacare, power plant emissions, lethal injection drugs and redistricting.
DeVooght, a former Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois, served as a law clerk for Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist from 2002-2003 and has taught courses on constitutional law at the University of Illinois College of Law.
