NEW YORK – Loeb & Loeb LLP represented BNY Mellon, as tenant, in a lease of approximately 350,000 square feet of office space for its new world headquarters at 225 Liberty Street in the Brookfield Place complex in Lower Manhattan. The term of the new lease is 20 years.
