Alyse Pelavin, Managing Partner of Loeb & Loeb’s Los Angeles office, Douglas Masters, Managing Partner of the Chicago office, and Laurie Ruckel, Managing Partner of the New York office, describe the firm’s culture and why Loeb is a great place to work.
“Loeb is a great place to work because of the people,” Alyse says. “The lawyers, the staff, the paralegals – everyone is incredibly smart and thoughtful. But on top of that, it’s an extremely kind and generous group of people.” Alyse adds that the firm offers endless career opportunities, from being a part of cutting-edge matters and deals to working with creative and innovative clients.
Douglas notes that Loeb and its employees value and prioritize staying connected to one another. Douglas says, “We all make an emphasis of trying to stay connected to each other and build relationships with our clients that put us in the position to do the best job we can for them.”
In addition, Laurie highlights Loeb’s flexible working environment and how the firm has embraced and adopted flexible hybrid work schedules for all its employees. Laurie notes, “I think it’s important for us to remain flexible because the world has changed and life has changed, but our commitments to our clients have not changed.”
