- The National Music Publishers Association and The Harry Fox Agency, in connection with settlement of a copyright infringement class action suit and resulting negotiation of a licensing agreement with YouTube
- DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc., in connection with a defense jury verdict obtained in a case alleging idea theft with respect to the creation of the animated hit Kung Fu Panda
- Celsis In Vitro Inc., in connection with a federal appellate court victory affirming preliminary injunction against CellzDirect Inc. and Life Technologies Corp for infringement of a patent used to preserve liver cells for use in drug research
The National Law Journal article quoted Jay LeCoque, chief executive officer of Loeb & Loeb’s client Celsis, who said, "L&L has an excellent reputation for IP management. We were thrilled that we received both a preliminary injunction against LTC for our LiverPool product protection, and that we received a European patent for this same product. Douglas Masters, co-chairman of Loeb & Loeb’s Intellectual Property Protection Practice Group, was also quoted saying that the firm's approach is not to "segregate IP litigators from transactional matters.
