Sale of Two Companies by Family Trust

Represented a beneficiary (and co-trustee) of a family trust in the sale of two companies held by the trust – Dickson Testing Company and Aerocraft Heat Treating Company – to Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC), a global manufacturer and supplier of metal components and products serving the aerospace industry. Dickson and Aerocraft are leading service providers to the aerospace industry, and the all-cash transactions significantly increased PCC’s assets and capabilities in this area.
