Motion Picture Association of America/STOPP

Loeb & Loeb represented the seven MPAA member companies (MGM, Fox, Disney, Paramount, Universal, Warner Bros., and Sony), and their affiliates, and Lions Gate Films Inc. in copyright litigation against individuals illegally trading our clients' films on the internet via peer to peer networks.  The firm was national counsel for this litigation program (called STOPP) and oversaw and actively litigated these cases throughout the country.
