Entitlements for Development of Multiuse Educational Center

Represented the New Roads School in Santa Monica, California, in connection with entitlements for the development of a multiuse educational center – the Herb Alpert Educational Village. The project consists of a 350-seat theater, classroom space, offices for non-profit partners, and a Leadership Center providing meeting space for collaborative endeavors of the non-profit participants and for programs of the school. We negotiated and drafted restrictive covenants and easements that allowed the project to deviate from typical land use requirements.
