Overview
Kennedy Williams focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and has represented clients in both state and federal court on matters involving business dissolutions, construction disputes, secured transactions, Tribal law and general business and civil litigation. Kennedy has experience managing all aspects of litigation, from case evaluation to settlement, mediation, arbitration and trial.
