Huijie Shao

Huijie Shao counsels multinational companies and individuals on a wide range of corporate and regulatory matters, including foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions, and labor and employment issues. She has extensive experience advising clients on data privacy and security compliance, e-commerce and general business matters, from conducting due diligence to drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts. 

Huijie also counsels clients on U.S. and China trade disputes and international trade matters. Her clients have included companies across a diverse range of industries such as software, automotive, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, aerospace and aviation, and communications and media.
