Overview

Jessica Manavi is an intellectual property lawyer whose practice focuses on trademark protection and prosecution. She works closely with a wide variety of clients to counsel and provide branding and trademark strategies in the U.S. and around the world, including mark selection, clearance and enforcement. She is a true advocate for her clients and negotiates a wide variety of IP related contracts such as co-existence, license and settlement agreements in order to protect, leverage and monetize her client’s IP.

Jessica also has litigation experience in trademark infringement cases before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board in addition to general litigation experience involving entertainment, contract and real estate disputes.
