Overview
Alexander Loh maintains a diverse litigation practice that includes general commercial litigation and intellectual property matters. He works with clients across a variety of industries, ranging from government entities such as the State of California and the California State Lands Commission to various players in the sports, media and entertainment space such as professional sports franchises and leagues, as well as music publishers, record labels, television and movie producers, and podcast distributors. He is also a contributing writer for the firm's IP/Entertainment Case Law Weekly Update for Content Creators, Owners and Distributors.
During law school, Alexander worked as a legal intern for the National Basketball Association (NBA).
