Overview
Alexander Loh maintains a diverse litigation practice that includes general commercial litigation and intellectual property matters. He works with clients across industries, ranging from government entities such as the State of California to various players in the media, entertainment, and sports space such as professional sports franchises and leagues, as well as music publishers and record labels. He is also a contributing writer for the firm's IP/Entertainment Case Law Weekly Update for Content Creators, Owners and Distributors.
During law school, Alexander worked as a legal intern for the National Basketball Association (NBA).
