She regularly manages the preparation and filing of various government documents, including investment registration and de-registration/liquidation materials, and she is well-versed in a wide range of registration and government approval processes.

Xinlan has extensive experience with China's regulatory agencies overseeing data privacy, security, e-commerce and internet regulations, including before the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Public Security Bureau.
