Overview
Vivienne LaBorde focuses her practice on corporate and tax-exempt law. She has experience providing counsel to nonprofit and for-profit entities on mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, business transactions, corporate governance and entity formation. Vivienne also advises on obtaining and maintaining tax-exempt status and supports for-profit companies with their philanthropic and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
