Overview
Christopher J. Kelly takes a strategic, practical and business-oriented approach to his corporate and securities law practice, in which he advises both private and public companies, acting as a trusted resource for his clients in both legal and general business matters. Christopher’s targeted transactional experience includes mergers and acquisitions (representing both acquirers and targets), venture capital financings, private offerings of securities, joint ventures and strategic alliances. He is also involved in general corporate representation.
In his diversified and expansive practice, Christopher has advised clients across a range of industries, including manufacturing, media, precious metals, fashion, healthcare, authentication and grading services, internet, restaurants, financial services, and entertainment.
I believe the secret to closing a deal is being practical and persistent. Clients turn to me knowing I’ll be by their side every step of the way to find the most effective and efficient solution to any issues that may arise.
Christopher enjoys day-to-day client interaction and seeing a deal through, from initial structuring phase to close. Outside the office, Christopher enjoys spending time with his family.
