Overview

Norly Jean-Charles practices in all aspects of corporate and securities law, with a particular focus on securities regulation, public and private offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. Working across a wide range of industries, including biopharmaceuticals and entertainment, Norly assists clients in initial public offerings and registered direct offerings, as well as advised on 10Ks, compliance and other corporate governance matters.

In addition, Norly has experience advising investment fund clients on a range of issues, including fund formation, compliance and FATCA.
