Diane Harris

Diane Harris is a paralegal engaged in the firm’s Real Estate practice. She is experienced in multi-state commercial real estate transactions, including cooperatives, condops, share loans, loan modifications, loan extensions, loan assignments, loan satisfactions and condo residential unit transactions. Diane handles all facets of loan closings, including drafting of loan documents, closing preparation, conducting the closing and post-closing work. Diane also assists with securitizations.
