Overview

Daniel Friedman is an experienced trial lawyer with significant experience litigating complex commercial, professional liability and entertainment cases in federal and state courts, as well as in various arbitral tribunals. 

Daniel also dedicates time to various pro bono initiatives. He has been particularly active in advocating on behalf of refugees in asylum proceedings before the U.S. Immigration Court.

In addition, Daniel has substantial experience defending law firms against malpractice, malicious prosecution and other claims. He has also defended a “Big Four” accounting firm against a variety of malpractice claims.
