Overview
Elena De Santis maintains a broad commercial litigation practice representing public and private clients in federal and state courts, arbitrations and mediations. She works with clients across industries, including those in the music, film, real estate and financial sectors. Elena has experience with contractual disputes, intellectual property matters, criminal and civil government investigations and related internal investigations. Elena also advises clients in connection with pre-litigation disputes and provides analysis on sensitive copyright and privacy matters.
Elena is a contributing writer for Loeb & Loeb’s IP/Entertainment Law Weekly Update for Content Creators, Owners and Distributors.
Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb, Elena was an associate in the complex commercial litigation group of an international law firm.
