Michael S. Barry

Michael Barry maintains a broad commercial practice, with a particular focus on luxury brands and fashion enterprises, a significant number of which are based in Europe. He has extensive experience providing strategic business guidance to domestic and foreign clients on all aspects of commercial issues, including corporate governance, commercial transactions, collaborations, brand development and protection, intellectual property and joint ventures, as well as counseling companies on retail leasing, employment, litigation and restructuring strategies. He has significant experience serving as outside general corporate counsel for his international clients’ subsidiaries in the United States.
