Overview
Rob Barry’s practice is focused on representing corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships in a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, restructurings, and securities offerings. Rob represents clients in a wide variety of industries, including real estate, oil and gas, high-tech, entertainment, retail, and oil terminaling.
Rob also is counsel for a number of high-net-worth individuals and family offices. He advises such clients in venture capital investments, the management of their portfolio companies, and tax and estate planning structures.
