Loeb & Loeb is proud to announce that Employment & Labor associate Avi Gholian has been named a 2025 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinder. Designed to connect and empower high-potential, early-career lawyers from diverse backgrounds at LCLD Member organizations, the seven-month Pathfinder program offers invaluable opportunities to learn from prominent legal professionals and career development experts, equipping participants with core leadership and relationship-building skills.
The Pathfinder program, considered a supplement to training initiatives already in place at LCLD Member corporations and law firms, imparts practical techniques for expanding professional networks, sharpening leadership skills and learning strategies for workplace advancement. Along with engaging class sessions, Pathfinders are assigned to small groups led by a program facilitator who serves as a mentor, helping them apply their learning to their work at their respective organizations.
LCLD Pathfinders have several opportunities to connect with their cohort throughout the program’s duration, both in person and virtually. These interactions complement the program’s leadership and career advancement curriculum, which is tailored specifically to participants.
Pathfinders are chosen by leaders at LCLD Member corporations and law firms, based on their recognition as rising leaders who have distinguished—or have demonstrated the potential to distinguish—themselves within their organizations.
The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity is an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners—the leadership of the profession—who have pledged themselves, through LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative and other means, to creating a truly diverse U.S. legal profession. The council's action programs are designed to attract, inspire and nurture the talent in society and within LCLD Member organizations, thereby helping a new and more diverse generation of lawyers ascend to positions of leadership. By producing tangible results in its institutions, LCLD works to promote inclusiveness in its member organizations, its circles of influence and broader society, with the ultimate goal of building a more equitable and diverse legal profession.
