Loeb Represents HomesToLife in Initial Public Offering

Loeb & Loeb represented HomesToLife Ltd., a Singapore-based home furniture retailer specializing in customized furniture solutions, in its initial public offering of 1,437,500 shares (including those from the exercise of the underwriter's over-allotment option) at a price of $4.00 per share on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “HTLM.” The offering closed on October 2, 2024.

The deal team was led by Henry Yin, chair of the firm’s Asia M&A and Technology Transactions practice, and Capital Markets senior counsel Sherry Li, supported by senior counsel Jane Tam and associates Shaun Tho, Olivia Wang, Benjamin Yao and Bowen Yang; and Tax partner Shahrooz Shahnavaz and Tax associate Simoné Hovsepian.
