Loeb Guides Strategic Buyer in Acquisition of V-Probes Holdings

Loeb & Loeb represented a strategic buyer in its cross-border acquisition of V-Probes Holdings Corporation, a Vietnamese company providing semiconductor probe card design and manufacturing services to major semiconductor firms in the U.S. and across Southeast Asia.
