Loeb Advises Lemonada Media in Launch of Publishing Imprint with Gallery Books

Loeb & Loeb represented Lemonada Media, an award-winning, independent, audio-first podcast network, in its publishing imprint agreement with Gallery Books, a division of publishing company Simon & Schuster, to create Lemonada Books, a new imprint and co-development partnership between the two companies. This collaboration leveraged Loeb's unique capabilities and experience in both podcasting and literary publishing.
 
Gallery and Lemonada will look to co-develop new podcasts and books based on their respective properties. The Lemonada Books imprint will debut with two books based on podcasts in the Lemonada network. 

The Loeb deal team included Anne Kennedy McGuire, chair of Loeb’s Podcast industry practice, and Entertainment associate Brittany Berckes.
