Loeb & Loeb represented the sponsor, Honestum International Limited, in connection with the transfer of listing of JTF International Holdings Limited (stock code: 9689) from the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong to the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Based in the Guangdong province of the PRC, JTF is an established wholesaler of a variety of oil products, including refined oil, fuel oil and other petrochemical products. Loeb also represented Honestum International in its role as sponsor in JTF’s initial public offering and listing on GEM in January 2018.
