Partner Ivy Kagan Bierman Recognized in 2022 Edition of Variety500

In the accompanying profile, Ivy is highlighted as the “go-to lawyer for showbiz employers.” She is recognized for being especially in-demand in the post-#MeToo era as both a lawyer and a pundit. In particular, she is highlighted for her skill in handling management-side guild and union matters, including collective bargaining negotiations, grievances, COVID-19 safety protocols, National Labor Relations Board proceedings, harassment, discrimination and bullying prevention and cultural assessments.

Most notably, Ivy is recognized for her work in 2019, when she negotiated a groundbreaking deal for Verve talent agency with the WGA during the WGA and Agency impasse and helped Time’s Up craft its safety guide for entertainment workers.
