Prime AE Group, Inc. Acquires Integrated Engineering

Loeb & Loeb is pleased to announce the firm’s representation of Prime AE Group, a cornerstone company of NewHold Enterprises’ engineering services platform, in its recent acquisition of Kentucky-based Integrated Engineering, an engineering and survey firm.
