Loeb & Loeb Advises Big Fish Entertainment in Sale to MGM

Loeb & Loeb LLP represented New York-based nonscripted production company Big Fish Entertainment in its sale to MGM. Big Fish is producer of A&E’s Live PD, VH1’s Black Ink Crew and other top rated programming in the live, nonscripted, reality, lifestyle and documentary space. The company will operate as Big Fish Entertainment, an MGM Company, with founder and President Dan Cesareo to remain President of the newly acquired business. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Loeb & Loeb deal team acting on behalf of Big Fish Entertainment was led by partner Steve Hurdle and included attorney Ann Chen.
