Please join us as we discuss legal issues in podcasts. Anne Kennedy McGuire, Whitney Potter, Suemyra Shah, Sarah Hack and Ines Schinazi will provide an overview of the myriad of legal issues they tackle in their various roles across the legal industry. The panel will provide an introduction to the business of podcasting, discuss the intellectual property rights unique to podcasts, legal issues around the production and distribution of podcasts, including different distribution models for podcasts as well as the creation and exploitation of derivative works based on podcasts. It will be both informative and provide a wide variety of perspectives from legal experts in the podcast industry.
