Defense Against Copyright Infringement Claims Involving the "Barbershop" Film Series

Representation of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc., Warner Bros. Studio Enterprises Inc. and Showtime Networks Inc. as defendants in a copyright case in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York in which the plaintiff claims that the “Barbershop” film series were copied from his pre-existing play.
