Brandon Zamudio maintains a broad entertainment and intellectual property law practice for clients in film, TV, theater, publishing and music, including studios, networks, producers, authors and artists. He handles entertainment deals across all stages of content development, production and distribution, both domestic and international. He also serves as day-to-day production counsel and provides legal analysis on the status of intellectual property rights. He brings a unique perspective to his transactional and counseling practice, having also represented entertainment industry clients in copyright, trademark, defamation and contract litigation.

To support his clients, Brandon draws upon his business background in the entertainment industry, ranging from roles at The Walt Disney Studios and Sony Music Entertainment to his work as a theatrical producer on and off Broadway. While at Loeb, Brandon completed an in-house secondment at a major motion picture studio, where he advised on issues involving underlying rights, remake and sequel rights, WGA separated rights, chain of title and copyright termination for both feature films and TV series. Outside of his practice, Brandon is an associate board member of Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts and a fellow member of The Broadway League.
