Nick Warshaw works at the intersection of law and public policy, focusing on a diverse corporate, business, regulatory and real estate practice. Leveraging his extensive political and government experience, Nick provides clients with strategic legal counsel on how best to position themselves in highly regulated and politically nuanced matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Nick worked on political, election, government and lobbying law matters, counseling several nationally known candidates, elected officials, nonprofits and political committees on compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. He also practiced with an international law firm on real estate matters, including purchase and sale, development, and finance agreements for multimillion-dollar real estate transactions.

Prior to law school, Nick ran business development for Rally.org, an online fundraising platform used by political candidates, nonprofits and individuals to raise money online effectively. Nick also worked on the communications team for the Obama for America presidential campaign.
