Loeb & Loeb is pleased to share that the firm is ranked among the top 15 largest law firms in Los Angeles County on the Los Angeles Times’ 2025 “Top 125 Largest Law Firms” list, which highlights the region’s leading firms by total lawyer headcount. The firm also earned recognition on the 2025 “Top 25 Corporate Law Firms” and “Top 25 Litigation Law Firms” lists, which rank firms by the number of corporate and litigation lawyers in the county.
Loeb ranked No. 13 overall, placed No. 10 on the corporate law firms list and No. 15 on the litigation list. The rankings are based on survey data submitted by local, regional and national law firms detailing lawyer headcount and practice group presence in their Los Angeles offices. In the litigation rankings, the article highlights notable recent matters, including Loeb’s successful representation of The Claremont Colleges in resolving an eight-year dispute with the Claremont School of Theology—a case with important implications for the enforceability of historic agreements.
“This recognition is a testament to the exceptional lawyers who continue to fuel our growth and drive results for our clients,” said Loeb Co-Chair Arash Khalili. “We’ve strategically expanded our corporate and litigation teams in Los Angeles to better serve the evolving needs of the businesses and industries we support. As the market grows more complex and interconnected, we remain focused on delivering strategic, forward-thinking counsel to our clients.”
Our deep roots in Los Angeles make Loeb one of the oldest law firms in the city. Since 1909, we’ve played a major role in the dynamic LA business community.
