Megan Pekar is an entertainment lawyer whose practice focuses on the representation of songwriters in music catalog sales, music publishing and administration matters, and negotiating songwriter representation and other entertainment-related agreements.
Megan’s work involving music catalogs involves providing catered advice on valuations, marketing, sales, and due diligence, as well as performance money comparisons, contract summaries, and royalty spreadsheet summaries. She also has experience handling a variety of audits, including royalty audits for artists, producers and songwriters and publisher desktop and full audits.
Prior to starting her private practice, Megan served as a publishing administration intern at both Round Hill Music and Big Loud Bucks Administration & Information.
