Neil Lefkowitz is noted for mergers, acquisitions and consolidations of colleges and universities, including institutions facing financial challenges. He also has significant experience in representing colleges and universities, education service companies, and K-12 in transactions outside the ordinary course of business.
Neil has been quoted in The New York Times, Bloomberg, the Arizona Republic, The Washington Post, The Deal, the Chronicle of Higher Education and Inside Higher ED; has published articles on higher education transactions; and is a frequent speaker at education conferences.
Outside the office, Neil volunteers at Bread for the City. He is a committed runner, having completed 11 marathons and the two most recent Tar Heel 10 Milers.
