Ann has over 20 years of experience as a transactional attorney focused on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and equity and convertible debt investments. Many of her deals, both large and small, are cross-border transactions with participants in Asia, Australia, North America and Western Europe, among others. Her clients include multinational companies, privately-held and family-owned businesses, private equity and venture capital investors and high net worth individuals. Her work covers broad range of industries from entertainment, media, technology, talent management, business management, manufacturing, to retail. She also counsels clients on start-up formation and general corporate matters.
Ann’s key role as a business lawyer is helping clients understand and prioritize risks in order to reach an informed decision and advance the client’s objectives. Ann likes to tackle complex problems and develop practical and creative solutions in collaboration with the client. In her practice, Ann values both technical expertise and strategic thinking.
In addition to her corporate practice, Ann co-chairs Loeb & Loeb’s Los Angeles Women’s LEAD Network and is a member of the Los Angeles Pro Bono Committee. Outside of work, Ann is a dedicated martial artist and enjoys road trips to national parks.
