Robert J. Catalano

Robert Catalano is an experienced trial attorney focusing on complex business litigation, with a particular emphasis on disputes involving real property. He is well-versed in litigating claims related to the interpretation and enforcement of real estate-related contracts, partnership and limited liability company agreements, commercial leases, real estate purchase and sale agreements, title insurance coverage, easement rights, and lender liability disputes.

In addition to his real estate litigation practice, Robert handles a broad range of commercial litigation matters for health insurance providers, third-party administrators and other clients in the health care industry.
