David Beddingfield is a seasoned litigator with experience spanning a diverse array of commercial and financial disciplines. David litigates complex commercial disputes for investors, insurers, financial institutions, and multi-national public companies, and has extensive experience navigating and resolving major cases and bet-the-company litigation.

David’s experience includes representing companies, boards of directors and executives in criminal and civil matters against government enforcement agencies; advising companies and independent directors in connection with both complex and sensitive internal investigations and fiduciary obligations with respect to M&A; and advising public companies regarding electronic discovery and document retention obligations, strategies, and cost-saving methods.

David has achieved favorable results at all stages of litigation and arbitration, such as, for example, defeating fraud claims for financial institutions at the pleadings stage, and obtaining summary judgment for a technology company in a contractual dispute related to the funding of a complex international patent litigation.
