In the realm of marketing and promotions, Mary provides strategic counsel on a variety of issues including advertising clearance, claim substantiation, sweepstakes, contests, loyalty programs, social media and user-generated content. She is adept at guiding clients through complex consumer-facing programs and promotional activities.
Mary's practice also encompasses a broad spectrum of transactional work, which includes drafting and negotiating commercial, entertainment and sports service agreements, and representing Fortune 500 brands and agencies in their daily operations. Her experience includes managing advertising agency/client agreements, vendor agreements, celebrity talent and influencer contracts, sponsorship deals and licensing arrangements.
Mary’s background as a Division I collegiate golfer contributes to her disciplined and strategic approach to legal challenges, enhancing her ability to deliver effective and tailored solutions for her clients across different sectors.
