Overview

Joe Trytten focuses his practice on estate planning, administration and related tax matters. He helps high net worth individuals and families with U.S. and international gift and estate tax planning. He also works represents clients in trust and estate administrations. Joe practices before the Internal Revenue Service, prepares gift and estate tax returns, and represents clients with gift and estate tax controversies.

Joe is active in the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trusts and Estates Section. He is a regular panelist and speaker at ABA programs and a frequent contributor to ABA treatises and newsletters.
