Allison Trupp

Allison Trupp is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Investments & Transactions department. She maintains a broad based real estate practice, representing borrowers, lenders and investors in a wide range of transactions including joint ventures; acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties; and mortgage, mezzanine and construction financing. In addition, Allison represents both landlords and tenants in all areas of commercial leasing transactions. Allison’s real estate experience spans both coasts and the Midwest, and includes assisting with deals involving high profile properties in San Francisco, Chicago and New York.
