Gloria Ting

Gloria Ting maintains a broad corporate and commercial practice, with a particular focus on matters involving corporate finance, corporate reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and listing regulatory compliance. Gloria has experience representing issuers, sponsors and underwriters in initial public offerings on both the GEM Board and Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and secondary fund raising transactions such as share placements, rights issues and open offers. She has also advised Hong Kong listed companies in various transactions and acquisitions of shares.
