Overview
Victoria Stephanova is the deputy chair of the firm’s Real Estate Investments & Transactions department. She represents borrowers, lenders and investors in all aspects of real estate finance transactions, including acquisition financing, construction financing, mezzanine financing and preferred equity investment transactions. Victoria also represents property owners in all stages of the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties, and she advises landlords and tenants in the leasing of office, retail and industrial spaces.
