Overview

Kenley Stark is an associate in the firm’s Art and Cultural Property practice group. Kenley provides comprehensive legal and tax counsel related to art law. She represents collectors, investors, foundations and dealers in connection with art purchases, consignments, sales, loans, charitable gifts and relocations. Kenley works closely with family offices on various matters related to their clients’ collections, and she advises collectors on unique and complex art acquisitions, including cultural property and works containing restricted materials. Additionally, Kenley has experience advising collectors, investors and dealers on bank lending transactions using art as collateral.

Kenley’s practice extends to advising artists and their families, as well as nonprofit art organizations, on transactional matters. With a background in trust and estate planning and administration, Kenley is a trusted advisor to art collectors and their families, offering guidance on the intersection between art and trusts and estates matters. She works closely with financial and art advisors to address the unique needs of her high net worth clients and their families.
